Resolved Question: large female dog is tethered w/chain in freezing yard @ not being fed?

I am ashamed to say that a relative of mine who lives in country near Granbury, TX 76049; has 'discarded' his dog that slept in his bed & room before his marriage/babies; yet, he refuses to give her away -- she has been TETHERED w/chain in backyard for 19 months; in this FREEZING weather here in Fort Worth, Tx area -- now I learn they not even feeding her. She is crying her eyes out because she can see her owner and he ignores her. I want to rescue her and find her a home or have her 'put down'. What do you think? PLEASE HELP... Read More »
